IMAGINE is proud to present the results of our work with the McMaster Health Forum along with SPOR Networks, CHILD-BRIGHT and the Chronic Pain Network (CPN), to bring you the stakeholder dialogue about supporting rapid learning and improvement for select conditions in Canada.

Bringing about change in health systems is challenging and can be extremely slow. It can take too much time for those working in health systems to act on new research evidence and lessons learned that could improve patient experience and health. Therefore, there is a need to adopt a new approach that allows health systems to learn and improve rapidly. This new approach could help to improve the care experience and health outcomes for individuals with specific conditions.
