Six individuals share their stories of living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and/or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and their struggles with diet and/or mental health. This educational event was a collaboration between the IMAGINE SPOR Network and AbSPORU Patient Engagement Team.
